    Lawrence, you would have seen more scooters on Capitol Hill. Otherwise, people in Seattle are mostly about buying scooters rather than riding them.

    Not that Portlanders are any better… the recent cold snap has given way to a relative heat wave, and all this week the GTS and I have been the only 2-wheelers…

    Capitol Hill, that must be the one place that eluded me. Two of our friends from Houston, Emily and Casey, just moved there.

    I am beginning to think that to be an “all-season rider” is something easier said than done.
