GoGo Gear Combines Fashion With Safety

Saturday, February 20, 2010

Steve Guzman of TheScooterScoop.com interviews Arlene Battishill, creative genius and visionary behind GoGo Gear, in this two-part in-depth video which showcases the brand’s many innovated designs with the latest safety features, and of course, styling details and exciting looks that seem to jump straight off the catwalk which would surely please the fashion sense of many female-riders, setting them apart from the bulkiness and the ugliness of most of the riding gear on the market today.  Some men may get jealous just watching how much attention is paid to these designs which are engineered for women (but at least we have Tucano Urbano, kind of ).  I am hoping that GoGo Gear would one day include a fashion line for men as well.  Thanks, Steve, for the great scoop!–Lorenzo

Thank you for your wonderful comments about our new GoGo Gear! And to answer your question, YES, we will have a men’s line! We’re hoping to get at least one men’s jacket out by the end of 2010! We had no idea that so many men would be wanting really great looking jackets! Style is not just the domain or desire of women!!! Thanks so much!

That’s one step in the right direction and extremely good news for men (who don’t want to look like the Michelin Man)!
Thank you, Arlene, for rescuing us scooterists, both women and men, from the current fashion malaise.
You’re a true visionary who brings excitement, refinement, a breath of fresh air into the world of contemporary scooterwear.
      Hooray for GoGo Gear!
