My Moment Of Zenn

Friday, November 28, 2008

Today at Discovery Park in Seattle, I had a moment of Zen, or shall I say a moment “Zenn”.  What I saw was the Zenn 100% electric car–a Zero Emission No Noise 72-volt battery-powered plug-in.  It’s got a top speed of 25mph, and a range of about 35 miles when fully-charged.  So while it would not take you to Houston on I-10; it certainly is more than qualified to do the job for short trips around the city.  For about 12-grand a pop, I would say it should be highly desirable for many city dwellers.  Oh, yes, I wished I hadn’t accidentally erased the video clip, because when this Zenn-mobile pulled off, it was whisper-quiet.  Truly, anything is possible.–Lorenzo

Plug it in, plug it in! Looks familiar enough.

Now see Zenn in motion (oh, wouldn’t that make a good slogan?) and meet the man behind it:

For more info on the Zenn electric car, please go to Zenn Motor Company.

* In Houston, you maybe able to find Zenn at the Houston Electric Car Co.  There is also a dealer in Dallas, and another in Fort Worth.
