Amerivespa Winning Scooter Stolen!

La Lone Sirena Vaquera (The Mermaid Cowgirl px150) belonging to Dawn Brooks (Secretary of VCOA) of San Antonio, was a winner at the 2007 Amerivespa in Seattle. Unfortunately, on Wednesday, June 25th, this beautifully-painted scooter, along with the rare ‘81 Allwyn Push blue Lambretta, were stolen from Dawn. According to SAPD, they belive that the scooters are still in San Antonio somewhere. It is believed that the scooters were loaded up in a 70’s copper/tan custom painted pick-up truck. If you have any information pertaining to the theft of these scooters, please call 210-380-4587 (there is an unspecified reward).
